PROMITOR® SGF 70 (Soluble Gluco Fibre) is a versatile soluble fibre that imparts no color or off-flavor in a wide variety of food and beverages applications. PROMITOR® Soluble Gluco Fibre is highly stable making it ideal for use in low pH systems and high temperature processes such as beverages and fruit fillings where its stability ensures the fiber content remains constant over the shelf life of the product. PROMITOR® Soluble Gluco Fibre can be used to replace sugar, decrease caloric content, and to add fibre in applications where a low viscosity glucose syrup is currently used.
