BREWERS COMPASS® is an enzyme blend of alpha-amylase from Bacillus amyloliquefaciens and B.licheniformis, endo-1,4-β-glucanases (cellulase) from Talaromyces emersonii and Trichoderma longibrachiatum, and endopeptidase (neutral protease) from B. amyloliquefaciens. BREWERS COMPASS® facilitates brewing with upto 100% barley.
