CEAMGUM 3080 is produced by purification and clarification of locust bean gum, through filtering and alcohol precipitation. Locust bean gum consists of a high molecular weight polysaccharide, described as galactomannan, which is obtained from the ground endosperm of Ceratonia Siliqua (locust bean).
