AVANSAFE DETECTOR MB is a powerful MB designed to impart detectability, by metallic and magnetic systems, to different plastics. Imparting this property allows an easy detection of packaging, pens and bridles produced with this masterbatch, in food and beverages processing facilities. Therefore, this solution prevents contamination of undesired plastic materials in processed food. This product formula has been specially designed to be introduced in a polymeric base and generate a minimal effect to its mechanical properties. Additionally, its low required dosage allows any colour formulations and it ca be applied in injection, extrusion and rotational moulding processes.

AVANION-39 is powerful antistatic agent, based on a complex dispersion of ionic conductors in polyglycols, specially designed to generate ESD/antistatic systems. They are good for colour formulations, stable in the time and does not alter the original material mechanical properties (shore, bending module, traction, etc.).

AVANSTATIC 455FDA is very effective additives specially designed for coloured or clear rubber antistatic/ESD formulations, specially formulated for SBR, SBR/NBR, NR, rubber blends. AVANSTATIC 455FDA enable reaching lower resistance levels than other alternative products in the market with a minimum effect to rubber properties.

AVANNATUR EVASTAT 850 is a non-toxic permanent antistatic to introduce in EVA injection compound. The product is in powder form so could be introduced in the extrusion process and also in internal mixer. Valid for any colour and antistatic or ESD formulations just adjusting the dosage. No blooming issues have been observed.
