SILICONE MASTERBATCH LYSI-506E is a pelletized formulation with 50% ultra high molecular weight siloxane polymer dispersed in Polypropylene (HOPP ). It is widely used as an efficient additive for PP compatible resin system to improve the processing properties and surface quality, such as better resin flow ability , mold filling & release, less extruder torque , lower coefficient of friction , greater mar and abrasion resistance.

SILICONE WAX SILIMER 5140 is a long-chain polar functional group alkyl modified silicone additive with excellent thermal stability. It is used in thermoplastic products such as PE, PP, PVC, PMMA, PC, PBT, PA, PC & ABS, etc. To improve the scratch-resistant and wear-resistant surface properties of the product, and improve the lubricity and demolding of the material processing process, so that the product property is better. At the same time, SILIMER 5140 has a special structure, good compatibility with the matrix resin, no precipitation, no effect on the appearance and surface treatment of the product.

SILICONE MASTERBATCH SILIPLAS 2070 is a highly effective anti-squaking masterbatch using a special polysiloxane that provides excellent permanent anti-squeaking performance for PC / ABS parts at a lower cost.

SILICONE MASTERBATCH LYSI-306C is an upgraded version of LYSI-306, has an enhanced compatibility with the Polypropylene (PP ) matrix -- Resulting in lower phase segregation of the final surface, this means it stays on the surface of the final plastics without any migration or exudation , reducing fogging , VOCS or Odors .
