RESYDROL AX 237W/70BG

RESYDROL AX 237W/70BG is a sole binder for air-drying corrosion protection coatings. In combination with suitbale melamine resins also for stoving systems. With polymer emulsions for air-drying coatings for wood and plastic. Resydrol AX 237w/70BG has a high pigment loading capacity, rapid curing and very good corrosion protection properties. As sole binder it can be used for air-drying corrosion protection primers. In combination with acrylic emulsions it can be used for air-drying and forced cured coatings for metal, plastic and wood. Crosslinked with melamine resins it is used for durable stoving systems. As a typical epoxy ester Resydrol AX 237w/70BG is susceptible to chalking and tends to discolor. In contrast to conventional primers even moist metallic substrates or wet wood can be overpainted without reduction in adhesion or surface defects. The coating can be applied by brushing, spraying or dipping. Forced drying is possible.
RESYDROL AY 6705W/44WA

RESYDROL AY 6705W/44WA is an acrylic modified alkyd emulsion which can be used alone or in combination with other w/b resins for decorative paints, exterior wood stains and industrial finishes.
RESYDROL AY 586W/45WA

RESYDROL AY 586W/45WA is an alkyd emulsion and does not contain any organic cosolvents. Sole binder for waterborne decorative paints, exterior wood stains and industrial finishes.
RESYDROL AY 5537W/35WA

RESYDROL AY 5537W/35WA is an outstanding suited for the production of waterborne high‐quality white and coloured one‐coat finishes or top coats with good weathering resistance for industrial applications (machines, instruments). For film formation Resydrol AY 5537w must be crosslinked with amino resins suitable for aqueous systems. Preferred are hexamethoxymethylmelamine grades, like Cymel 303 LF. Stoved coatings stand out because of their high film hardness balanced with extraordinary good flexibility, as well as excellent water and solvent resistance. The adhesion to substrates like iron, aluminium, brass, copper and to galvanized surfaces is very good. Minimum stoving condition: 140 °C for 30 minutes Excellent paint stability. Recommended pH‐range: 7.8 ‐ 8.5
