Procaine Hydrochloride is the hydrochloride salt form of procaine, a benzoic acid derivative with local anesthetic and antiarrhythmic properties. Procaine binds to and inhibits voltage-gated sodium channels, thereby inhibiting the ionic flux required for the initiation and conduction of impulses. In addition, this agent increases electrical excitation threshold, reduces rate of rise of action potential and slows nerve impulse propagation thereby causing loss of sensation.

Scopolamine hydrobromide trihydrate is a hydrate that is the trihydrate form of scopolamine hydrobromide. It has a role as a mydriatic agent, a muscarinic antagonist, an anaesthesia adjuvant, an antispasmodic drug and an antiemetic.

Thiocolchicoside is a muscle relaxant with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. It acts as a competitive GABAA receptor antagonist and also glycine receptor antagonist with similar potency and nicotinic acetylcholine receptors to a much lesser extent.

Guaifenesin is a medication used to try to help cough out phlegm from the airways. It is often used in combination with other medications.
