TPI 2007 ia a deodorant active ingredient . Combines the well-known deodorant and skin care properties of ethylhexylglycerin with the antimicrobial properties of octenidine HCl. The synergistic combination of these active ingredients provides good efficacy in deodorants at very low use concentrations. TPI 2007 reliably inhibits the growths and multiplication of odour-causing bacteria on the skin. TPI 2007 is a nearly colourless to light yellow liquid concentrate with a slight characteristic odour.

Additionally, it can contribute to the antimicrobial stability of cosmetic formulations. It can also be used to improve the efficacy of traditional cosmetic preservatives, such as parabens or phenoxyethanol.
