ABIL® B 8832 by Evonik acts as a non-ionic silicone conditioning agent and hydrophilic emollient. Also acts as a surfactant. It improves synergistically the conditioning properties of cationic polymers like Polyquaternium-10 and cationic guar. It is cold processable.
