REFINED KAPPA CARRAGEENAN (KA 120) is a food grade carrageenan.  REFINED KAPPA CARRAGEENAN (KA 120) acts as natural thickener, binder and stabilizer. REFINED KAPPA CARRAGEENAN (KA 120) is highly sensitive to potassium ion enhancing the gelling properties. REFINED KAPPA CARRAGEENAN (KA 120) is stable in neutral or alkali medium and insoluble in organic solvents.
