FRUTALOSE® OFP is a powdered oligofructose produced by partial hydrolysis of chicory inulin. Frutalose® OFP is a highly soluble food ingredient. Oligofructose from chicory is a polydisperse mixture of linear fructose oligomers partly ended by a glucose molecule, coupled by means of b(2-1) bonds. The number of units (degree of polymerization) varies mainly between 2 and 10.

The number of units (degree of polymerisation) can vary between 2 and 60.

POLYGUM CAROB PRO-TN is obtained from the ground germ from the seeds of Ceratonia siliqua. POLYGUM CAROB PRO-TN has a naturally high proportion of vegetable protein. Proteins from carob germ flour have similar properties to gluten (elasticity and viscosity). Polygum Carob Pro-TN can therefore be used in gluten- or wheat-free products as a partial substitute for gluten-free flour.
