TEGO® SMS 60 (Polysorbate 60) is a mild nonionic surfactant, solubilizer assisting as a hydrophilic emulsifier for O/W emulsions. It is compatible with all other non-ionic emulsifiers and anionic and cationic surfactants. With high ethoxylated non-ionic surfactants very mild formulations are obtainable. TEGO® SMS 60 can be used as a mild non-ionic surfactant in shampoos, shower and foam baths, solubilizer for fatty oils and perfume oil in all aqueous preparations and as an emulsifier/co-emulsifier for O/W emulsions.

TEGOSOFT® CT by Evonik acts as a liquid lipophilic emollient. Offers medium polarity and is vegetable based. Exhibits good skin care properties and pleasant afterfeel on the skin. TEGOSOFT® CT is used in all types of creams and lotions, especially suncare products, body oils, lipsticks, bath oils, shampoos and cleansers.

TEGOSOFT® GMC 6 (PEG-6 Caprylic/Capric Glycerides) is a hydrophilic emollient clearly soluble in aqueous surfactant solutions, solubilizes oils and oil-soluble ingredients. It is stable in medium pH range (app. 5 to 8) and results in surfactant preparations with good foam quality. TEGOSOFT® GMC 6 can be used as a superfatting agent in shampoos, shower and bath preparations and solubilizer in skin cleansing preparations, bath oils, facial cleansers and hair rinses.

It is stable in medium pH range (app. 5 to 8) and results in surfactant preparations with good foam quality. TEGOSOFT® GC can be used as a superfatting agent in shampoos, shower and bath preparations and solubilizer in skin cleansing preparations, bath oils, facial cleansers and hair rinses.
