DAIRYLAND® CUC-226 is a single strains of lactic acid bacteria cultures for bulk starter inoculation in the production of low fermentation temperature cheese applications. DAIRYLAND® CUC-226 strain has a fast hard cheese activity and medium cottage activity which is insensitive to temperature and salt.

DAIRYLAND® CUC-O2 is a single strains of lactic acid bacteria cultures for bulk starter inoculation in the production of low fermentation temperature cheese applications. This strain has a medium hard cheese activity and fast cottage activity which has an intermediate sensitivity to temperature and salt.

DAIRYLAND® CUC-D is single strains of lactic acid bacteria cultures for bulk starter inoculation in the production of low fermentation temperature cheese applications. DAIRYLAND® CUC-D strain has a slow hard cheese activity and fast cottage activity which is insensitive to temperature and an intermediate sensitivity to salt.

DAIRYLAND® CUC-N is a single strains of lactic acid bacteria cultures for bulk starter inoculation in the production of low fermentation temperature cheese applications. DAIRYLAND® CUC-N strain has a medium hard cheese activity and fast cottage activity. DAIRYLAND® CUC-N is insensitive to temperature and an intermediate sensitivity to salt.
