Rapamycin, also known as sirolimus , is a macrolide compound that is used to coat coronary stents, prevent organ transplant rejection and treat a rare lung disease called lymphangioleiomyomatosis. It has immunosuppressant functions in humans and is especially useful in preventing the rejection of kidney transplants.

Tamsulosin is a medication used to treat symptomatic benign prostatic hyperplasia and chronic prostatitis and to help with the passage of kidney stones.

Ajmaline is an alkaloid that is classified as a 1-A antiarrhythmic agent. It is often used to induce arrhythmic contraction in patients suspected of having Brugada syndrome.
