Azacitidine is a chemical analog of cytidine, a nucleoside in DNA and RNA. Azacitidine and its deoxy derivative, decitabine, are used in the treatment of myelodysplastic syndrome. Both drugs were first synthesized as potential chemotherapeutic agents for cancer. 

Carbamazepine is an anticonvulsant medication used primarily in the treatment of epilepsy and neuropathic pain. It is used in schizophrenia along with other medications and as a second-line agent in bipolar disorder.

Azathioprine is an immunosuppressive medication. It is used in rheumatoid arthritis, granulomatosis with polyangiitis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, systemic lupus erythematosus and in kidney transplants to prevent rejection. 

Atracurium besilate, also known as atracurium besylate is a medication used in addition to other medications to provide skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery or mechanical ventilation.
