MACRYNAL SM 6810w/42WA is used in combination with water-emulsifiable polyisocyanates for high quality 2-pack-topcoats with excellent applicability and appearance.

SETAQUA 6802 is a pseudoplastic after neutralization, good aluminium orientation, good atomisation, insoluble in organic solvents, excellent stability. It is used as metallic and solid colour waterborne base coats for the automotive OEM industry.

SETAQUA B B 130 is applied as a binder for aqueous air- and force-drying coatings, especially primers, onecoat matt finishes and adhesion primers (also suitable for non-ferrous metals). SETAQUA B B 130 has been developed for the formulation of fast-drying industrial anti-corrosion primers and one-coat finishes. The films are characterized by good anti-corrosion properties, water resistance and adhesion on non-ferrous metals and various plastic surfaces. However, they are not weather stable or resistant to yellowing. We recommend the use of water-emulsifiable driers. The drier must be added before the pigment. It is stirred into the binder in a dissolver. SETAQUA B B 130 has good shear stability, therefore pigments can be ground directly into the binder. The grinding temperature should not exceed 40 ºC. The coatings can be applied using conventional spraying techniques and by dipping and flow coating.

SETAQUA ECO 6794 is a fine particle size, self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion with improved low temperature flexibility, combined with good flow and levelling properties and with good block and chemical resistance. It is used as decorative trim paints for interior and exterior applications. Air-drying exterior pigmented and non pigmented wood finishes for the joinery industry.
