BREWERS COMPASS® facilitates brewing with upto 100% barley.

MATS L CLASSIC is a thermostable alpha-amylase from a classical strain of Bacillus licheniformis which is used in the liquefaction of starch during brewing.

MAXILACT® LAGX 1000 is a β - galactosidase enzyme derived from Kluyveromyces lactis which is used for lactose hydrolysis treatment of milk after final heat treatment.
