Imparting this property allows an easy detection of packaging, pens and bridles produced with this masterbatch, in food and beverages processing facilities. Therefore, this solution prevents contamination of undesired plastic materials in processed food. This product formula has been specially designed to be introduced in a polymeric base and generate a minimal effect to its mechanical properties. Additionally, its low required dosage allows any colour formulations and it ca be applied in injection, extrusion and rotational moulding processes.

AVANNATUR EVASTAT 850 is a non-toxic permanent antistatic to introduce in EVA injection compound. The product is in powder form so could be introduced in the extrusion process and also in internal mixer. Valid for any colour and antistatic or ESD formulations just adjusting the dosage. AVANSTATIC C333 is a permanent antistatic/ESD agent for PVC and PVC/NBR mixtures, mainly plasticized PVC. Powder form with an intrinsic conductor. Conductivity range between 106 to 1011 Ω in any colour and low dosage (1 to 5%). Applications like shoes, soling, flooring, canvas among others.
