ISP - SURFATHIX-N polymer by Ashland acts as a rheology modifier and surfactant. It is compatible with a variety of ingredients commonly used in rinse off formulations including various surfactants, salts, and cationics. SurfaThix™ N polymer offers improved foam density (creamy lather), smoother dry-feel in finished formulations and can be easily rinsed-off. In hair care products, it offers improved dry comb in silicone containing shampoo, smooth feel on wet hair and enhanced detangling. Suggested for use in body and hand washes, facial cleansers and shampoo formulations.
