DAOTAN VTW 6462/36WA is a solvent-free self-crosslinking acrylated polyurethane dispersion with very good wetting properties, curing rapidly to give clear crack-free films. Daotan VTW 6462 is stable to applied shear forces and has good pigment compatibility. Cured films show good abrasion resistance and have good resistance to household detergents. This polyurethane emulsion was designed to formulate coating systems for various plastics such as ABS, PA, rigid PVC, flexible PVC and PMMA. Aqueous primers and base coats can be formulated.
