ADDITOL VXW 4973
ADDITOL VXW 4973 is an easily emulsifiable defoamer with very good incorporating ability. It is suited for defoaming of coarse-disperse to fine-disperse (plastic) dispersions on the basis of PVAC, PVC, acrylates and their copolymerisates. Also low-viscous products may be defoamed with ADDITOL VXW 4973.

ADDITOL VXW 6393
ADDITOL VXW 6393 was designed to destroy foam generated in emulsion wall-paints, based on PVAC, PVC, acrylics and their mixed polymers. Prior to using ADDITOL VXW 6393 it should be thoroughly agitated since it is prone to sediment fall out. When examining its rheology it is necessary to wait an additional 5 minutes. ADDITOL VXW 6393 can be easily emulsified and worked into the designated
product.

ADDITOL XL 6568
ADDITOL XL 6568 is used for the formulation of stripping enamels, release agents and temporary corrosion protection. ADDITOL XL 6568 is added to stripping enamels as anti adhesion promotor. Coatings of this nature give temporary protection against mechanical attack and corrosion to various substrates. Such coatings can easily be pealed off later. ADDITOL XL 6568 can be used in solvent based as well as in aqueous systems. Suitable binders for solvent based systems are the Hostaflex grades CM 150 and CM 133 as well as the Mowital grades B30HH and B60H. To formulate aqueous systems, acrylic dispersions like Ucecryl B 3022 are recommended. While solvent based release coatings can easily be removed from metallic substrates aqueous systems based on styrene acrylate dispersions can also be removed from glass, pottery, wood and plastics. For formulating systems with high film strength aqueous systems are more suitable than solvent based systems.
