CEAMGUM 3080 is a pure refined locust bean gum, standardised with dextrose in order to provide an uniform performance. CEAMGUM 3080 is produced by purification and clarification of locust bean gum, through filtering and alcohol precipitation. Locust bean gum consists of a high molecular weight polysaccharide, described as galactomannan, which is obtained from the ground endosperm of Ceratonia Siliqua (locust bean).

CEAMVIS 3383 is a carrageenan based food additive, standardised to constant gel strength in water and in milk, in order to obtain an uniform performance. Carrageenan is a natural hydrocolloid extracted from red seaweed of the Rhodophyceae class.
