MAXILACT® LAGX 1000 is a β - galactosidase enzyme derived from Kluyveromyces lactis which is used for lactose hydrolysis treatment of milk after final heat treatment.

MAXIREN® 1800 GRANULATE is a 100% pure calf chymosin produced by the Dairy yeast Kluyeromyces lactis isolated from the microflora of Kefir for the production of cheese with clean flavor.

SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) is a highly concentrated (>95% effective ingredient concentration) lecithin powder with a light brown colour derived from Non-GM sunflower seeds. SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) is also an emulsifier, antioxidant, and dispersing agent. SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) is primarily used as an additive for chocolates, baked goods, pastries, confectionary, instant drinks and various other foodstuffs.
