Ideal to formulate fluid emulsions making it suitable for cleansing milks, serums, toners and makeup removers. Forms a lattice structure in the form of liquid crystals that helps to retain the aqueous phase and enhance the moisturizing power of the emulsions. It can emulsify as low as 15% of oils and other lipophilic ingredients when cold.
