MODAFLOW 9200 is a new low‐viscosity flow modifier developed for high performance in solvent‐based automotive and industrial coatings, especially in clear top coat applications where it offers high gloss, low orange peel, and excellent DOI (Distinctivness of Image) in the coating film. Using of Modaflow 9200 can significantly improve the quality of the coatings as follows: improves flow and leveling, reduces pinholes, fisheyes, craters and orange peel, improves substrate wetting, improves or maintain high gloss, improves or maintain substrate and intercoat adhesion, facilitates pigment dispersion, quantity to be added: 0.1 ‐ 2.0 % on solid resin.

MODAFLOW Powder III resin modifier is an efficient flow aid for industrial powder coatings. Very fine, free flowing particles make MODAFLOW® Powder III easy to incorporate into epoxy, polyester, hybrid, urethane or acrylic powder formulations. Like other members of this family, MODAFLOW® Powder III offers users: Improved flow and leveling, Reduced pinholes, fisheyes, craters, and orange peel, Improved substrate wetting and Enhanced initial adhesion. MODAFLOW Powder III is composed of materials regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for indirect food contact applications under several parts of Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations. Details on specific coverage are available upon request. MODAFLOW® Powder III contains no silicone. Optimum concentrations for a specific formulation should be determined by incremental addition. In general, MODAFLOW® Powder III use levels vary between 0.5 - 2.0 parts per hundred resin.

MODAFLOW RESIN is a flow modifier for non-aqueous industrial coatings and powder coatings. Using of Modaflow Resin in non-aqueous industrial coatings can significantly improve the properties of unmodified resins as follows: Improve flow and leveling, Reduce pinholes, fisheyes, craters and orange peel, Improve substrate wetting, Maintain or improve substrate adhesion, Defoam and aid in air release and Facilitate pigment dispersion. Modaflow resin is also effective in eliminating pinholes and craters in epoxy, polyester, hybrid, urethane, and acrylic powder coatings. Modaflow resin does not contain silicone ingredients. Modaflow Resin is regulated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for indirect food contact applications under several parts of Title 21, Code of Federal Regulations. ADDITOL XL 102 is used to improve the effectiveness of paint removers containing paraffine and wax. Post treatment with organic solvents is not necessary.
