ROSKYDAL XP 2072 is especially suitable for conventional- or UV-curing (transparent or pigmented) topcoats and pigmented sealers for wood and furniture. properties for applications by spraying or curtain in UV- or conventionalcuringsystems. ROSKYDAL XP 2072 is usually used as the sole binder. If made necessary by the application (high amount) and compatibility exists, it can be flexibilized with other ROSKYDAL grades, e.g. ROSKYDAL 550 or E 70.

ROSKYDAL K-36 is a binder for highly filled, coarse and fine knifing fillers for use on metal, wood and mineral substrates. Due to the high reactivity of ROSKYDAL K 36, fillers based on this product quickly cure to sandability, especially with sandingmachines. The hardness of ROSKYDAL K 36 is equivalent to that of a 1 : 1 combination of the hard ROSKYDAL K 14 M and the flexible ROSKYDAL K 60. ROSKYDAL K 36 is ideal for use as the sole binder for car body fillers. It can be made harder by the addition of ROSKYDAL K 14 M and more flexible by combination with ROSKYDAL K 60. The low viscosity of the resin promotes the wetting of the extenders, thus reducing the formulation time of fillers.

SETATHANE D 1155 is applied in combination with e.g. SETATHANE D 1145 and 1150 in the formulation of coatings SETATHANE D 1155 is not recommended as a sole binder. Because of its low viscosity, SETATHANE D 1155 is especially suitable for combination with SETATHANE D 1145 and 1150 in the formulation of solventfree, self-leveling polyurethane coatings of low viscosity. Desmodur® VL or VL 50 are normally used as hardener.

VYLON 200 is a high molecular weight copolyester, with high Tg. VYLON 200 has an excellent adhesion to various substrate materials such as PET, PVC, and metals. VYLON 200 is suitable for inks, primers, coating and adhesion, heat seal lacquers for flexible food packaging. VYLON 200 has an excellent flexibility, bending performance, workability, corrosion resistance, durability, heat-resistance, solvent solubility, pigment dispersibility and flame resistance. VYLON 200 is compliant with FDA 175.105 (only for non alcoholic food and beverage) and EC 10/2011.
