HALOX FLASH-X 150 is an effective liquid additive for inhibition of flash rust and in-can rusting. Testing has shown that HALOX FLASH-X 150 is highly effective at relatively low loading levels as compared to other flash and in-can rust inhibitors. HALOX FLASH-X 150 has demonstrated excellent flash rust inhibitive performance on various metal substrates ranging from iron, steel and galvanized iron to galvalume and zincalume. Evaluations have shown HALOX FLASH-X 150 to be effective for inhibiting in-can rusting in lined and unlined metal containers.

HALOX 350 is an organic corrosion inhibitor designed to stop fl ash rust, in-can corrosion, and provide temtemporary corrosion protection. HALOX 350 is an effective replacement for toxic nitrite based fl ash rust inhibitors.

HALOX 515 is a liquid organic corrosion inhibitor for high gloss (direct to metal) coating systems. HALOX 515 will provide cost effective flash rust protections and long-term corrosion protection when used as recommended. HALOX 515 is also effective for thin film applications (<2 mils). HALOX® 515 is heavy metal free, nitrite free and contains no chromates or phosphates.

HALOX SZP-391 is a white, nonrefractive, corrosion inhibiting pigment used in protective coating systems. It is recommended for use in a wide variety of resin systems. The fine particle size and low oil absorption of HALOX SZP-391 makes it the pigment of choice in thin film applications (<1 mil or 25 microns).
