The product is in powder form so could be introduced in the extrusion process and also in internal mixer. Valid for any colour and antistatic or ESD formulations just adjusting the dosage. No blooming issues have been observed.

AVANDISS 765 is a nontoxic, permanent and colourable antistatic for polymers with low melting point, SBS, SEBS, EVA, PP, PE. Effective and stable under different humidity conditions. Valid for extrusion and injection process. Wide conductivity range (107 to 1011 Ω). Antistatic applications like shoe, soling, electronic packaging, fitting, jerrycans, computer housing or anti-dust applications like TV and audio-visual parts.

AVANSTATIC TPU MB is a powerful permanent antistatic MB ready to use. Generate antistatic and ESD in TPU. Flexibility to get with one single product a range of conductivity between 107 to 109 Ω. It´s polyester based and for colourable and translucent products. Applications like shoes, soling, flooring, wheels, technical pieces, electronic parts, among others.
