The solubilized combination of Germaben™ II with Methylparaben and Propylparaben is effective against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and against yeast and mold.

OPTIPHEN 200 is a colorless to light yellow aqueous solution that contains the antimicrobial active phenoxyethanol. An additional booster increases the broad spectrum activity against micro-organisms. It can be used in a variety of cosmetic formulations.
