AMYLACETATE M170 is a modified starch with the benefit of Amylacetate. AMYLACETATE M170 is the low gelatinisation temperature and the excellent transparency of the starch solution. AMYLACETATE M170 provides elastic and chewy texture.

CHEESEMAKER ANTICAKING M12 is a specially treated Superior Potato Starch with very good anticaking properties. CHEESEMAKER ANTICAKING M12 is used in shredded or grated cheese to prevent the cheese from sticking together.

POTATO FLAKE 002 in a comprehensive selection of baked and extruded snack products as well as in mashed potatoes, croquettes and other similar potato-based products. POTATO FLAKE 002 can also be used as binding and thickening agents in bakery products, dry mixes, baby food and minced meat.
