DELVOTEST® PEN 4 is a positive control containing lyophilized sample of commigled milk containing 4 +/- 0.5 ppb Penicillin G DELVOTEST® PEN 4 is used for checking and monitoring the performance parameters of standard diffusion tests for the detection of residues of antibacterial substances in milk.

DELVOTEST®NEGATIVE CONTROL is a Milk Control free of antibiotic residues. DELVOTEST®NEGATIVE CONTROL can be used as the negative milk control sample within a test run for the indication of correct reading time (test duration) of microbiological inhibition assays such as DELVOTEST®.

DELVO® ZYME G is a chicken egg white lysozyme for the prevention of late blowing in hard cheese and semi-hard cheese with medium to long ripening times at elevated temperatures.

SUNFLOWER LECITHIN LIQUID (LIGHT COLOUR) is produced from high quality sunflower seeds. The product does not contain any ingredient that has been produced from any Genetically Modified Organism (GMO). Sunflower Lecithin Liquid (Light Color) does not contain any allergen therefore it is an allergen free ingredient and can be used in variety of applications without the need to mention allergen claim. It is a combination of naturally occurring Phospholipids like Phosphatidylcholine (PC), Phosphatidylinositol (PI), Phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), and Triglycerides.
