FRUTALOSE® OFP is a powdered oligofructose produced by partial hydrolysis of chicory inulin. Frutalose® OFP is a highly soluble food ingredient. Oligofructose from chicory is a polydisperse mixture of linear fructose oligomers partly ended by a glucose molecule, coupled by means of b(2-1) bonds. The number of units (degree of polymerization) varies mainly between 2 and 10.

PROMITOR® SGF 70 (Soluble Gluco Fibre) is a versatile soluble fibre that imparts no color or off-flavor in a wide variety of food and beverages applications. PROMITOR® Soluble Gluco Fibre is highly stable making it ideal for use in low pH systems and high temperature processes such as beverages and fruit fillings where its stability ensures the fiber content remains constant over the shelf life of the product. PROMITOR® Soluble Gluco Fibre can be used to replace sugar, decrease caloric content, and to add fibre in applications where a low viscosity glucose syrup is currently used.

STA-LITE® NG R EXP is a granulated polydextrose. STA-LITE® is a soluble fibre and can be applied in food for specific nutritional benefits. STA-LITE® is also a premium low-calorie bulking agent used to provide body and texture in reduced-calorie and low-calorie food applications. STA-LITE® NG R EXP can replace all or part of the sweetener solids in those foods and can also replace full calorie bulking agents.
