PROMITOR® SGF 70 (Soluble Gluco Fibre) is a versatile soluble fibre that imparts no color or off-flavor in a wide variety of food and beverages applications. PROMITOR® Soluble Gluco Fibre is highly stable making it ideal for use in low pH systems and high temperature processes such as beverages and fruit fillings where its stability ensures the fiber content remains constant over the shelf life of the product. PROMITOR® Soluble Gluco Fibre can be used to replace sugar, decrease caloric content, and to add fibre in applications where a low viscosity glucose syrup is currently used.

ACTIMALT DRIED REGULAR is a non-diastatic, dried extract of barley and malted barley, in the form of a coarse, free flowing, hygroscopic powder. ACTIMALT DRIED REGULAR production process involves enzymatic hot water extraction of barley and malted barley, followed by filtration, vacuum evaporation, vacuum band drying and milling.

[QA] Muntons malt flours are produced by milling whole grain malted barley, malted wheat, crystal malts and roasted malts and used as clean label, cost effective source of color and flavour and baked goods recipe.

A light brown and viscous liquid produced by enzyme assisted hot water extraction of malted barley, followed by filtration and concentration under vacuum evaporation.
