COLDSWELL 5771 is based on native potato starch and simply be declared as potato starch. COLDSWELL 5771 feature a medium/long transparent texture, with pleasant mouthfeel and excellent flavour release. COLDSWELL 5771 performs as Stabilization, thickener pregel starch made from potatoes.
