AQUALON CMC 7 LT is the technical grade of sodium CMC. They assay at 98% minimum CMC on a dry basis, the remainder consist of byproduct salts (sodium chloride and sodium glycolate. It's viscosity at 2% around 25-50 mpas.

AQUALON EC N300 is a cellulose ether made by the reaction ethyl chloride with alkali cellulose. Viscosity at 5% is 250-350 mpas.
