SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) is also an emulsifier, antioxidant, and dispersing agent. SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) is primarily used as an additive for chocolates, baked goods, pastries, confectionary, instant drinks and various other foodstuffs.
