Especially recommendable is the usage of ADDITOL VXW 4940N for drying alkyd resin emulsions, e. g. Resydrol AY 586w, Resydrol AY 466w, Resydrol AZ 436w, because contrary to conventional driers a homogeneous distribution is provided and therefore a quick drying and most of all good drying stability can be achieved. ADDITOL VXW 4940N can also be used for acryl-alkyd hybrid systems.
