Neutralizing agent, N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine(<2wt%), bound as a salt.

Approx. 43% in water/1-butoxy-2-propanol, approx. 47.5:7.5. Neutralizing agent, N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine(<2wt%), bound as a salt.

Approx. 46% in water/solvent naphtha 100/1-butoxy-2-propanol, approx. 44:4:4. Neutralizing agent, N,N-dimethyl ethanolamine(<2wt%), bound as a salt.
