ADDITOL VXW 6386 Easy emulsifable defoamer, espacially for high quality waterborne sytems, at there conventionally mineral-oil or silicon based defoamers cause decrease the surface quallity of the film (orange peel, craters). At forced and stoving drying paints it can observed a higher cissing free filmthickness. ADDITOL VXW 6386 is qualified for following waterborne systems: stoving enamel based on alkyd- or acrylic-melamine resin, 2 component acrylic-isocyanate paints, paints based on waterdilutable alkyd resin and gloss and semigloss dispersion paint.

ADDITOL VXW 4940N is the lead-free combination drier. ADDITOL VXW 4940N produces in water-dilutable alkyd resin paints a quick set-drying in connection with an even trough-drying. ADDITOL VXW 4940N contains all metals which are necessary for an utmost oxidative drying. Adding any other drier is not necessary. ADDITOL VXW 4940N can also be used for acryl-alkyd hybrid systems.

Also the efficiency of siccatives in paints, stored for a long time, is not reduced using ADDITOL XL 270. Considering anti-corrosive paints, there is no corrosion-resistance loss by using ADDITOL XL 270. It is recommended to be used for the activating of organophile bentonites and it improves the effect of pyrogene silica.

ADDITOL XW 376 can be used in most waterborne emulsion paints and adhesives, and in synthetic resin-bound renderings. Good storage stability even at elevated temperatures. ADDITOL XW 376 is effective in large to fine particle size dispersions based on polyvinyl acetate, PVC, acrylates and their copolymers as well as alkyd resin emulsions. It is easily emulsified and also incorporated in low viscosity systems. ADDITOL XW 376 is equally useful in deaeration during pigment grinding and in the filling process. It is shear stable and alkali resistant up to pH = 13.
