SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) is also an emulsifier, antioxidant, and dispersing agent. SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) is primarily used as an additive for chocolates, baked goods, pastries, confectionary, instant drinks and various other foodstuffs. SUNFLOWER LECITHIN POWDER (DE-OILED) has excellent emulsifying, wetting, dispersing, stabilising and blending properties, as well as being an effective viscosity reducing agent. SUNTHIN® WD-35 / HYDROLYSED SUNFLOWER LECITHIN LIQUID (STANDARD COLOUR) is especially useful in o/w emulsions which they stabilize even when exposed to low pH-value, high salt concentration or pasteurization and sterilization processes like in marinades, dressings or reconstituted milk products.
