CEAMPECTIN LMA DY 6510 is a low ester amidated pectin with high reactivity with calcium extracted from selected high quality citrus peel and standardized to obtain an uniform performance.It is specially developed for set yoghurt.This product sets in presence of soluble solids (SS range: 20-40%).
