EOW- VEGETABLE EMULSIFIER OIL IN WATER is a non-ionic O/W emulsifier based on sucrose and natural esters as well as moisturizing properties. It provides light texture and fast penetration, without a greasy touch. There is no need for a co-emulsifier nor rheological modifier.
