FRUTALOSE® OFP is a powdered oligofructose produced by partial hydrolysis of chicory inulin. Frutalose® OFP is a highly soluble food ingredient. Oligofructose from chicory is a polydisperse mixture of linear fructose oligomers partly ended by a glucose molecule, coupled by means of b(2-1) bonds.
