Altapyne M-28B is a medium colored distilled tall oil containing fatty acids and approximately 28% rosin. It is used as an emulsifier for oil extended SBR latex and metalworking fluids; as a base for alkyd resins; as an anionic flotation reagent; and as an asphalt emulsion additive.
