parmetol® mbxis a fast-acting 2 in 1, it is a preservative based on a synergistic combination of benzisothiazolone (BIT), methylisothiazolone (MIT) and laurylamine dipropylenediamine (BDA) with a broad spectrum of efficacy. It provides fast germ count reduction, long-term protection at low use concentration.

Broad, balanced spectrum of effect against bacteria, yeasts and moulds. Good immediate effect.Low foaming, Solvent-free. Contains no formaldehyde. Can be rinsed off without leaving residue. Active substances are in accordance with the XXXIth BfR recommendation and included in Annex VI of the EU Cosmetic Directive. For usage in industrial production e.g. food-processing, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry

S&M ISOTHIAZOLINONE is effective against bacteria, yeasts and mould fungi in concentration of 0.01 – 0.1 % by weight. The max. recommended use level is 0.1 % in rinse-off and 0.05 % in leave-on products. (Corresponds to the international recommendation of a maximum use concentration of 15 ppm and 7.5 ppm active ingredients in this class of products)
