BECKOCURE EH 2260W/41WA is an hydrophobic amine hardener especially for the formulation of waterborne metal coatings, free of volatile basic amines and solvents. In combination with epoxy dispersions fast drying Primers and Monocoats with excellent corrosion protection and very good non-sagging properties can be formulated. The product shows excellent application behaviour and a very robust performance even on poorly prepared surfaces. Beckocure EH 2260w is used together with solid epoxy resin dispersions or emulsified liquid resins. Best results are obtained using 50 - 75 % of the stoichiometric amount of hardener. The films cure rapidly at room temperature but can also be dried at elevated temperatures. Grinding of the pigments can be done in Beckocure EH 2260w or as well in shear stable epoxy dispersions (e. g.: Beckopox EP 2384w, Beckopox EP 386, Beckopox EP 387 or Beckopox VEP 2381w). The mill base temperature should not exceed 40 °C. The use of binder-free pigment pastes is recommended when the grinding temperature cannot be controlled. Dilution can be done with Beckocure EH 2260w or an epoxy dispersion.

BECKOPOX EP 384W/53WAMP is a solid resin-Type 1-dispersion, even in combination with water-emulsifiable liquid resins for fast drying coatings, preferably for mineral substrates. BECKOPOX EP 384W/53WAMP is a type 1 solid epoxy resin as aqueous dispersion. Formulated together with suitable curing agents such as Beckopox EH 623w, EH 659w or VEH 2177w it results in rapid drying coating systems for mineral substrates. The rapid drying property makes it possible to apply more coats within one working day. Dispersing of pigments and fillers can be carried out often in Beckopox EP 384w/53WAMP if the temperature does not exceed 40°C. The formulated paint stability can be influenced by additives; the additives should not contain functional groups capable of reacting with epoxy groups.

BECKOCOAT VPU 4204/40LG contains flatting agent. Rapid curing. Good abrasion resistance. Excellent resistance to chemicals. For floor sealers, wood paints and concrete impregnation sealers. Owing to its high abrasion resistance, Beckocoat VPU 4204 is an ideal binder for wooden floor sealings and concrete impregnation, e. g. in bowling alleys, dancing halls, gymnasium and schools. Beckocoat VPU 4204 is used as sole binder. The degree of flatness or brilliance can be varied to desire by combining it with Beckocoat PU 428. For special outlets it is possible to mix Beckocoat VPU 4204 with suitable colouring pastes shortly before application (concrete paints).

DAOTAN VTW 6462/36WA is a solvent-free self-crosslinking acrylated polyurethane dispersion with very good wetting properties, curing rapidly to give clear crack-free films. Daotan VTW 6462 is stable to applied shear forces and has good pigment compatibility. Cured films show good abrasion resistance and have good resistance to household detergents. This polyurethane emulsion was designed to formulate coating systems for various plastics such as ABS, PA, rigid PVC, flexible PVC and PMMA. Aqueous primers and base coats can be formulated. The adhesion to any plastic substrate to be coated should first be carefully examined.
