ADDITOL VXW 6386 Easy emulsifable defoamer, espacially for high quality waterborne sytems, at there conventionally mineral-oil or silicon based defoamers cause decrease the surface quallity of the film (orange peel, craters). At forced and stoving drying paints it can observed a higher cissing free filmthickness. ADDITOL VXW 6386 is qualified for following waterborne systems: stoving enamel based on alkyd- or acrylic-melamine resin, 2 component acrylic-isocyanate paints, paints based on waterdilutable alkyd resin and gloss and semigloss dispersion paint.
MODAFLOW 9200

MODAFLOW 9200 is a new low‐viscosity flow modifier developed for high performance in solvent‐based automotive and industrial coatings, especially in clear top coat applications where it offers high gloss, low orange peel, and excellent DOI (Distinctivness of Image) in the coating film. Using of Modaflow 9200 can significantly improve the quality of the coatings as follows: improves flow and leveling, reduces pinholes, fisheyes, craters and orange peel, improves substrate wetting, improves or maintain high gloss, improves or maintain substrate and intercoat adhesion, facilitates pigment dispersion, quantity to be added: 0.1 ‐ 2.0 % on solid resin.
ADDITOL XL 480

ADDITOL XL 480´s Additive to improve surface quality of paint films, particularly automotive coatings. ADDITOL XL 480 may be used with any type of paint material, e.g. on the basis of alkyd/melamine systems, acrylics, polyurethane systems, oil-free polyesters, etc. ADDITOL XL 480 prevents surface defects of paint films. In most cases, the coemployment of ADDITOL XL 480 helps to prevent craters, even caused by neighbouring spray mists of other paints. Further, film defects caused by applicational conditions, like poor levelling,uneven surface, etc. can be avoided. MODAFLOW LAMBDA

MODAFLOW LAMBDA is a unique acryl-silicone polymer hybrid technology flow promoter combining individual efficiencies from high end acrylic as well as silicone leveling performance. It is highly compatible in all non-aqueous clear coat and topcoat formulations and outperforms surface characteristics such as: gloss, DOI, sharpness & brilliancy, anti orange-peel effect. It is efficient at low dosage levels and incorporates easily in many solvent borne resin types including high solids and ultra-high solids. Further it can be applied in solvent free and radiation curing systems.MODAFLOW LAMBDA demonstrates superior balance of compatibility and effectiveness compared to traditional silicone or acrylic flow and leveling additives in Automotive OEM, refinish as well as industrial coatings. Due to its high hydroxyl functionality, MODAFLOW LAMBDA may be co cross-linked in stoving or 2K systems and does not show a decrease in interlayer adhesion. In multiple layer systems the stoving temperature should not exceed 130 °C to ensure a good recoatability. The recommended dosage level is 0.05 % calculated on total formulated coatings as a starting point and optimum dosage range is between 0.05 % - 0.3 %. In some cases the dosage could be increased up to 0,5 %.
