It is stable in water systems. BELSIL® OW 2100 DE has a calculated HLB of 12. Excellent conditioning effect can be achieved with low dosage level in formulation.

It is a unique bio-functional complex of tocopheryl phosphate (Vitamin E derivative) designed for sensitive skin, which helps reduce the appearance of redness and swelling on skin. It also helps in reduction of appearance of UV-induced redness, acne lesions and discomfort of sensitive skin from shaving.
