SETAQUA 6768 contains dual self crosslinking mechanisms for improved adhesion, hardness, chemical resistance, blocking, fast drying and outdoor durability. It is used as air drying interior and exterior pigmented and non pigmented wood finishes for the joinery industry.

SETAQUA B B 130 is applied as a binder for aqueous air- and force-drying coatings, especially primers, onecoat matt finishes and adhesion primers (also suitable for non-ferrous metals). SETAQUA B B 130 has been developed for the formulation of fast-drying industrial anti-corrosion primers and one-coat finishes. The films are characterized by good anti-corrosion properties, water resistance and adhesion on non-ferrous metals and various plastic surfaces. However, they are not weather stable or resistant to yellowing. We recommend the use of water-emulsifiable driers. The drier must be added before the pigment. It is stirred into the binder in a dissolver. SETAQUA B B 130 has good shear stability, therefore pigments can be ground directly into the binder. The grinding temperature should not exceed 40 ºC. The coatings can be applied using conventional spraying techniques and by dipping and flow coating.

MACRYNAL VSM 6299W/42WA is in combination with water-emulsifiable polyisocyanates for high quality 2-pack-topcoats with excellent development of hardness at room temperature drying and very good gloss.

SETAQUA 6515 is an acrylic polyol emulsion suitable for high durable, abrasion- and chemical resistant two-component waterborne PUR paint systems. It is used as paint-systems where low co-solvents levels and a high layer thickness without foaming are required. High gloss clearcoats and topcoats for drying at room temperature as well as drying at elevated temperatures. Blending partner for our other waterborne 2-pack resins. Application areas: Commercial Transport and ACE & Machinery.
