ACRYLIDONE LM is a high molecular weight, film-forming anionic terpolymer composed of vinylpyrrolidone and an acrylate backbone with a hydrophobic pendant C-12 chain. It is insoluble in ethanol and water until neutralized for easy dispersion. It exhibits synergistic thickening when combined with associative rheology modifiers.

LUBRASIL II SB is extremely effective emollient, film former and water resistance additive for today’s cosmetic formulations. It lends an excellent velvety smooth feel to creams and lotions, hair care products, makeup and powders. Imparts a soft, smooth skin feel that is long lasting. It will provide light feel, silky and more moisturized throughout the day. For hair care applications, hair will be conditioned, softened and healthier looking. PVP K-120 by Ashland Specialty Chemical acts as a film former and stabilizer. It is a hygroscopic and amorphous polyvinylpyrrolidone polymer. It stabilizes foam, emulsions, dispersions and suspensions. It offers a range of viscosities that are supplied as either powders or aqueous solutions. It forms clear, hard, shiny and glossy films. It provides strong & stiff hold and excellent compatibility with acrylate thickeners.

POLYSURF 67 cetyl hydroxyethylcellulose by Ashland Specialty Chemical acts as a thickener, binder, stabilizer, film-former, and as a suspension agent. It is a nonionic water-soluble polymer that contains both hydroxyethyl and long-chain alkyl groups. It is known to associate with the hydrophobic groups of surfactants and other formulation ingredients.
